Positive results at ISH 2019 - energy-efficient hall heating solutions meet with great interest
"The topic of energy efficiency in hall heating met with great interest among the trade fair visitors. What's more, our informative presentations were right on the mark," says Kai-Uwe Grütter, Sales Manager at the KÜBLER Group. Overall, the specialist for energy-saving hall heating is very satisfied with the response and product demand at the ISH. The company has recorded a significant increase in international trade fair contacts and is also pleased about the visits from long-standing customers.
With the WÄRME 4.0 digital hall heating system, KÜBLER is uncovering new savings potential and proving that efficiency can be networked. The new generations of heating systems such as OPTIMA plus, MAXIMA or PRIMA are not only very economical in terms of consumption, they are also characterized by intelligent device technology. This allows heating and production processes and machines to be connected. Energy flows in halls and offices are interlinked and at the same time integrated into intelligent services. As a result, WÄRME 4.0 enables completely new synergy effects and savings potential to be uncovered and exploited. In 2018, the digital hall heating system was awarded the Rhineland-Palatinate Innovation Prize.
Another new development: the smart CELESTRA Heat Management software module. It bundles the data streams of a wide range of system components, offers comprehensive analysis tools and ensures transparency and documentation throughout the entire heating process. Across technologies, systems, buildings and locations - a key prerequisite for certification in accordance with ISO 50001 and DIN EN 16247, for example.
The latest innovation from KÜBLER is called KLIMAHALLE. At the ISH, the heating specialist presented its heating & cooling solution specifically designed for industrial use. KLIMAHALLE combines the strengths of highly efficient IR dark radiators and domestic hot water heat pumps with innovative geothermal probes. Physically, this combines the best heat transfer to the work area with an optimally efficient heat pump concept.
