The new energy-flexible development FUTURA of the hall heating specialist KÜBLER is the winner of the BVMW's Future Prize 2024. Founder and Managing Director Thomas KÜBLER accepted the award in front of around 6,000 participants at the #BVMW #Future Day at Station-Berlin.
"KÜBLER develops hall heating systems that heat energy-efficiently and at the same time illuminate halls in a targeted manner, making an important contribution to the decarbonization of halls. As it digitally controls all renewable energies, makes them functional and uses data efficiently via AI," says Jeanette Peter, member of the jury.
Former Senator Christoph Althaus, Chairman of the Federal Executive Board of Der Mittelstand BVMW e. V.: "Congratulations. This is a great award. But it is justified. We really didn't make it easy for ourselves on the jury. You have made it into the top group here. Keep up the good work! Continue to be a shining example of innovative strength in the German SME sector!"
"Thank you very much! Thanks also to our development team, which has done a sensational job in building a heating system that is energy-flexible and gives the investor absolute investment security and availability. Especially in commercial and industrial buildings. And this is precisely what has ended up on the fringes of energy policy. And yet these buildings are so extremely important for our value creation. And we need to create an affordable energy transition, precisely for these buildings.
Because that is exactly where our value creation takes place and we have to prevent these important jobs from moving away because of all this bureaucracy and these mistakes. We can make a great contribution to this with this system that we have developed. Because you can use your PV electricity for heating in the same way as hydrogen or natural gas and you can switch back and forth between the forms of energy that are currently affordable and permitted. And in doing so, I believe we are making a contribution to Germany as a business location and to securing our jobs," said the entrepreneur at the award ceremony.
