Welcome to our team!
Training at KÜBLER

Take off

Ready for a successful future? With an apprenticeship at KÜBLER you will be right at the forefront. For over 30 years, we have been offering young people a springboard for a successful start to their careers with our range of apprenticeships.

Our training offer

You can apply for the following apprenticeships at any time. The training year begins on August 1:

  • Technical system planner - supply and equipment technology (m/f/d)
  • Industrial clerk (m/f/d)
  • Digital and Print Media Specialist (m/f/d)
  • Warehouse Specialist (m/f/d)

The KÜBLER training concept

Acquiring professional knowledge, discovering new skills, developing your own strengths and growing as a person - training with us follows its own concept. It is based on the transfer of responsibility from the very first hour. For us, involvement in active work processes is the key to success right from the start. The young people who have actively passed through the company's departments after two or three years have above-average qualifications. They are regularly among the best graduates in the chamber district of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for the Palatinate.

Training highlights

Welcome to the KÜBLER family! Training at KÜBLER starts with our trainee days, which focus on getting to know each other and our corporate culture. These topics are also the focus of other events. From project days to after-work events. Or our KÜBLER Days, where we take two days out of the daily work routine to exchange information, team-build and celebrate together.
